After hiring a president to oversee daily operations of the company, I focused my responsibilities on implementing and managing all national and local marketing programs, as well as managing the sales and transfers of all new and existing franchises at Fetch! Pet Care®, the largest dog walking and pet sitting franchise in the United States.

Held responsibilities managing and implementing all franchise development, strategic partnerships, corporate marketing and communications, franchisee training and support, and daily operations.

Responsible for the development of strategic business alliances with potential business partners. Responsible for research and corporate integration of three companies we acquired. Provided support and strategic advice to acting company president and CEO and senior staff. Developed automated training program to reduce costs of training entire customer base.

Informative was the first major online survey SaSS platform provider in the marketplace. I was primarily responsible for running daily operations and guiding strategic growth, developing strategic partnerships, and raising investor capital. Grew business to over 70 employees and over 300 of the Fortune 500 customers before selling company to NICE SatMetrix (Nasdaq: NICE), creator of the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

TeamAlliance provided technical placement, consulting and technology training services to Fortune 500 and small corporations. As Sales Manager, I developed training programs, sales incentive and quota programs, interviewed and trained over 100 national managers and sales staff for our local office and 25 regional offices nationwide. Directly managed sales team of up to 9 individuals. Developed over 24 major accounts, involving new account development calls, presentations and contract negotiations. Produced highest annual gross sales among 100 other sales people before TeamAlliance was sold to a multi-national recruiting firm.

National sales of health and beauty aids to major jewelry, cosmetic and department store chains. Prospected and developed national customer base, involving account development calls, presentations and purchase negotiations. Responsible for hiring, training, motivating and managing telemarketing staff of six and outside sales force of eighteen individuals. Directed and coordinated all national advertising, promotions and trade shows.
