Hearthstone’s business plan was to develop over $1.2 billion in new concept condominium senior’s housing across Canada.• Managed the implementation and financial aspects of the business plan (construction financing, forecasting pro forma cash flows for projects and budgeting corporate G&A, bonding requirements, quantity surveyors, and mortgage brokers)• Administered all major contracts (construction manager, sub-trades, feasibility and appraisal consultants, operational service contracts) to ensure consistency with company initiatives and budgets• Managed construction completion, governmental approvals, heritage restoration, turnover of unsold units and common areas from the construction manager, approvals from local governing bodies, and condominium registration• Developed sales and marketing program (post-completion) and after-sale service program.
