As Product Specialist/Manager, I'm overall responsible for internal Product Management, Sales, Pre-Sales and Implementations and training for the SaaS IT Service Management solutions "BMC Remedyforce (Salesforce)" and “4ME (ITRP)" in the EMEA.To be a customer advocate I deal with many international customer to be their success manager, adviser and add value to their ITSM/Service Management experience within their full Salesforce platform. On top I'm one of the key contacts/contributors on the BMC Communities website, in order to help and interact with all the stakeholders globally related to their Salesforce setup combined with BMC Remedyforce.

Responsible for Sales, Implementation, Solution Architecture, Projectmanagement and training for the SaaS IT Service Management solution "BMC Remedyforce" in the EMEA. Remedyforce is the nr1 Service Management solution in the cloud from BMC Softwarebuild upon the Salesforce platform. I started with InfraVision to position BMC Remedyforce as new product in the market. After making the first sales, I implemented the solution myself. The best way to learn new technology and functionality is to just work with it. This resulted that I became the expert for BMC Remedyforce and that opened a whole new market to position the product. From RFP, to pre-sales to customer success, all part of the job. During this period, and still, I have been very active on the BMC Community platform what has resulted to become one of the 3 top influencers and participants related to this product.
