I helped customers navigate a wide variety of vehicular and auto insurance difficulties such as obtaining a drivers license, recovering driving or insurance records, moving in to and out of the province of British Columbia, helping complete job applications for roles that involve driving as well as the transfer of vehicles ownership. Assisted law firms, police detachments, cities, large corporations and insurance brokers to retrieve and provide information on a variety of topics. Worked closely with new hires to help train them as well as deliver feedback to the management team regarding the training process with the aim of improving it. I performed these duties while taking sponsored courses to achieve the end goal of becoming a Chartered Insurance Professional.
