Compliance, Security and Safety Manager for 3 different live music venues with a overall Capacity of 6000 customers Sole management of Human Resources, payroll and training and development Sole responsibility for compliance, safety and event delivery for all venuesTrainer in Personal Licence Holding Level 2 as well as First Aid, Fire Warden / Marshal, Use of Reasonable Force, Stewardship, COSHH, Moving and Handling Personal Licence Holder & Deputy Designated Premises Supervisor, Health & Safety Officer & Data Protection Lead Ensuring that the security of venues is effective and maintained to the highest level consistent with Security Standards and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs). Liaison with venue managers will also be required when central security controls are required. Develop security plans aligned to the type and size of venue/event, and support venue staff in implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of protective controls. Fully understand how venues escalate, communicate and report incidents to the key stakeholdersPrepare and issue documentation including detailed Security Tac Plans, Event Plans, Risk Assessments and Temporary Event Notices. Assist and advise venue staff during an emergency/crisis situation. Prepare and provide weekly security operations reports and incident reports to the key client.
