This well-rounded perspective has enabled me to ensure that not only a profitable underwriting portfolio performance is delivered but also that an enhanced broker service level is provided. I specialise in large, multinational risks with publicly traded exposure in the US, Australia, Israel and UK.I am highly motivated in helping develop the next generation of insurance talent, whether that be training/mentoring internal members of staff or through my 'Introduction to D&O Underwriting' initiative which is directed at junior brokers and outlines what underwriters really consider when analysing a D&O risk.Since it’s introduction in 2018, I have consistently ranked in the top 10 of the Insurance Insiders best D&O underwriter list and achieved 3rd place in the most recent 2020 poll.
