My most recent experience in defending commercial, qui tam, and mass tort litigation for brand name and generic drug companies.Notable accomplishments include: Serving as National Counsel for generic drug manufacturer in Average Wholesale Price (AWP) litigation based on allegations of Medicaid fraud, state Consumer Protection Act violations, and antitrust violations.Holding leadership roles in fen‐phen and Vioxx® mass tort litigation. Strategized with local counsel, coached trial teams, and engaged in fact development. Managed tens of thousands of claims and coordinated the efforts of hundreds of attorneys.Developing, coaching and leading a prepublication review team, actively shaping thousands of pieces for National Enquirer magazine. Celebrity plaintiffs included Clint Eastwood, Elizabeth Taylor, Roseanne Barr, and Kathie Lee Gifford.I began my career at Williams & Connelly as an Associate in 1990, and was made Partner in 1999.
