Project encompassed the corresponding re-design of front-end digital platforms.CCR 2 (Consumer Credit Reform):Managed the business to formalise the Blackhorse CCR Intermediary Monitoring Programme, including delivery of new dealer reporting applications and a new CCR based ‘Customer Contact Programme’ as an effective means of measuring the compliance of the sales process, ensuring customers are receiving fair outcomes.Core IT Platform - Data Remediation:Aligned an LBG core IT platform to data retention requirements outlined via regulation (GDPR) and records management policy. Benefits centred on both regulatory compliance and system performance gains, which were tracked through as part of benefits realisation.Led the IT Project Team to design and build a solution which would offer not only short-term compliance (via a one-off data cleanse), but an automated ongoing data deletion tool that ensured compliance & platform stability for the longer term.PCI Compliance:Led delivery of new Switch card payments system ensuring compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations.
