During this time, I managed finished digital artwork and reproduction for advertising projects. Our clients include leading brands such as Guinness, Carlsberg, Volkswagen, Hyundai, 7-Up, Bank of Ireland and Aer Lingus, among many others. As the senior member of the team I lead and managed 3 studio staff, with responsibility for delegating briefs, providing advice and resolving issues.I was involved through the full artworking process, from taking in-house concepts to developing artwork and handing over finished files to printers. I also approved print proofs. My role involved estimating project time requirements and monitoring progress to ensure delivery within deadlines. This included compiling and updating studio schedules. I ensured we communicate project status to all stakeholders and collaborate extensively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service. As part of this role I’ve produced mock-up advertisements to support pitches and created static digital images for online advertising. I’ve occasionally contributed to motion-animated adverts too.Key achievements in this position include:- Acting as Studio Head during a major project to develop artwork for Ireland’s bid for the 2023 Rugby World Cup, delivering a very prestigious project within a strict timeframe and to the client’s satisfaction - Delivering high quality artwork for the Guinness account, enabling the company to recover business that had been lost to another agency- Frequently seeing successful work for global clients on public display

During this time, I was responsible for prioritising and completing artwork and retouching in line with client briefs, expectations and deadlines. I also scheduled jobs and monitored them through to timely delivery. Sourcing consumables for the studio was also part of my remit.
