Current• Led project to implement Imanage Work10 and Recommind Decisiv search • Designed data collection process related to new business and client intake in order to leverage information for business development.• Led successful development and implementation of Foundation experience management software. • Led successful development and roll-out of 2019 and 2013 and 2007 Sharepoint Portals, leveraging integrated search and worked with practice groups and departments to leverage internal resources across all functional areas. Established relationships with stakeholders to align library resources with practice groups.• Managed website project that received first place "LMASE Your Honor" award for www.bilzin.com from the Legal Marketing Association’s Southeastern Chapter (LMASE), and a second place "Your Honor Award" at the 2013 National LMA Annual Conference. • Purchased and implemented password management software that allows for resource tracking and reporting, ensuring optimum use of resources and elimination of underutilized resources.• Designed a successful strategy to re-vamp set-up and administer legacy InterAction CRM software, including implementing 3rd party software that dynamically informs attorneys about their clients.
