My many years of experience enables me to perform well as a controller, bookkeeper, and do some IT work. I am willing to learn new computer programs, and can help install new systems. In 2014, I collaborated with a Sage partner and CPA firm to transform Viking Lumber Company's various accounting systems. They were using QuickBooks for A/P, Excel for A/R, a 1999 version of MAS 90 for G/L along with hand general ledgers; which we migrated to the present system of Sage 100 ERP. Creating pivot tables in Excel to get at the information needed is second nature to me. Need someone to catch the mistakes of your clerks? I have plenty of experience in that area too. Though I prefer not to continually work overtime all year long with little opportunity for a few days off, I am definitely willing to work OT to get a job done well.I am QuickBooks online Pro Certified. I am presently studying to become payroll certified.
