Objective Ten10 is the UK's leading software testing consultancy and this new role is designed to support Group PMO and Finance departments driving consistent and seamless Group wide financial reporting and business analysis processes and information flows across the Group. This individual will build a robust pipeline of future work (get the data quality right first) then for this to feed in to resource planning / and Utilisation forecasting. The role will lead the development and adoption of the Group’s business reporting and processes across the business, and build stronger cross-departmental reporting dependencies and become the custodian of such on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities • Provide critical support to the development and implementation of the Group’s long-term Business Plan, monthly management performance reports for both the Executive Team and Board and the development of weekly KPI reporting and analysis • Consolidate, develop, prepare and roll out KPI reporting to align with the key reporting calendar of the business, to enable a rapid, smooth rollup of weekly, monthly & annual • Deliver commercial analysis to support tactical, strategic and ad hoc decision making across the Group including, sale and promotional activity, rate card pricing & Utilisation • Interpret data, analyses results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports and Develop dashboards to track remediation of issues • Drive high quality analysis and commentary to create and deliver business presentations, communications and briefings to facilitate informed discussions with key stakeholders that relate to business performance, risks and opportunities • Understand, pre-empt and respond to the data requirements of both internal and external stakeholders • Monitoring all projects, both external client projects and internal projects also including project time recording, tracking and analysis

They will work to ensure that information and support given to stores and customers is accurate, clear and concise and delivered within our Service Standards.
