I ensure the building has the most suitable working and classroom environment for staff, students, and residents.This includes overseeing the purchase and integration of technology in classrooms, coordinating resources for the technology needs of faculty and overseeing and instructing teaching assistants & adjunct faculty on using classroom audio/visual equipment and the use of technology in the classrooms.I also manage and hire our Front Desk Supervisor, Front Desk Staff and oversee our Residence Don and the seventy-five room residence of the college.I'm a member of the Health & Safety Committee of Wycliffe College and a member of a Health & Safety group (with members from other UofT colleges, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the Young People’s Theatre) that meets quarterly to discuss and review new legislation and safety procedures.Successful projects included:◘ Ensuring Wycliffe College was AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) compliant. This included writing the AODA handbook for the college.◘ Oversaw the installation of a camera security system throughout the college to increase the safety of the building for our residents, students, staff, faculty, and visitors.

My primary responsibility was to provide administrative support for the Business Director. I Supervised all facility rentals for large and small group events including movie and television filming; coordinated internal staff, and negotiated payment with all groups. I also arranged for rental of eleven family apartments, selected residents, and addressed any difficulties.I oversaw the college website. This included writing news articles, posting events, arranging online applications and payment methods. I designed advertisements for the college using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Three successful high impact projects included:◘ Creating and moving Wycliffe's course evaluations to an online system.◘ Planning the installation of a pass card system for the residence and outer doors of the college in an effort to increase the security of our residence and building.◘ Converting Wycliffe's wide range of non-digital, paper forms into fillable PDF documents.

I Taught English as a foreign language for approximately 700 students in public elementary school. This included developing lesson plans and teaching after school program targeting gifted students. I also created curriculum and taught conversational and written English to native Korean teachers.

I planned curriculum and taught private and group English lessons for 75 students, ranging from 3 to 67 years in age. I was one of only three Foreign English teachers in Northern Japan to initiate a return to profitability for their school.
