Campus – Online Trainer for the Diploma of Counselling, Community Services Work, and Youth Work. Developing and delivering course units, monitoring and enhancing student engagement. Provided constructive feedback and personalised support to support student progression towards successful completion. Participate in professional development activities and maintain regular contact with online students to create effective study plans for success and timely course completion. Fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment underpinned by principles of Social Learning, Constructivism, Andragogy and Lifelong Learning.

As a Case Manager for MacKillop Family Services, Northern Services, Out of Home Care, I developed, monitored, and reviewed client placements against case plans, assisted young people in assessing their individual needs and goals. Coordinated and facilitated regular care team meetings to meet client goals and objectives. Provided collaborative approaches to enhance client health, vocational training, education, employment, and social relationships and offered emotional and practical support when needed. Maintained relevant client records, case notes, and coordinating service supports with external services, government agencies, and stakeholders. Ensuring the participation in planning and decision making with young people and the protection and respect of clients' rights.

As a Journeys Program Support Worker and Acting Coordinator at MacKillop Family Services, I coordinated and facilitated fortnightly camps and day programs, organised recreational and developmental activities for young people, and assisted in developing and facilitating therapeutic sessions. Provided regular individual outreach support to young people within the Journeys program. Acting Coordinator, coordination of the Journeys program including, planning and organising offsite activities, developing risk control and management plans and provided formal supervision to staff and volunteers. PS. My favourite role in my career to date.

Provided high-level therapeutic day-to-day care for young people using trauma-informed practices. Offered holistic support aligned with individual care plans, maintained client case notes and records, and actively participated in team planning meetings. Coordinating the provision of support for young people with the residential team, case managers, and therapeutic practitioners. Networking with external agencies and adhering to the Sanctuary Model framework.
