I’ve owned and operated an independent consultancy (Jordan-Webb) for over 30 years and as an independent, I’ve had to be extremely persistent in calling on major organizations about my passion – championing the deployment of leading edge techniques and technologies to advance improvements of process and program capabilities. I'm currently partnering with MeetingQuality (Sydney, Australia) to deploy MeetingQuality (MQ) in the USA. MQ is a SaaS platform that provides suites of predictive and improvement capabilities in three areas: Project Success, Customer Acquisition/Retention and Organizational Outcomes.I've helped organizations deploy better decision making, planning and problem solving strategies by using leading-edge technologies (web collaboration tools) that support virtual internet meetings and integrating these tools with group facilitation techniques. This work has helped clients decrease the cost and time of decision making while increasing the performance of decision making groups. My work extends into use of the Forte Communications System that provides individuals and teams with strategies to improve team development, collaboration and communication. In another business area (Ethnic Dance Chicago), I provide school dance programs for 3 thru 12, high school and college. I also run a recreational dance group where I teach ethnic folk dance and call American square and contra dancing for adults and families weekly. We do occasional performances, some of which include audience participation. I’m also hired by the Chicago’s Cultural Affairs Department to teach at City-Wide Events such as Chicago SummerDance. I also produce ethnic dance and music events, such as the Door County Folk Festival, now in its 40th year of operation and where I am co-director.
