Direct day to day contact center activities in two separate locations; Irving, TX (40 employees) and Lenexa, KS (200+ agents). Customer Service, Helpdesk Support and Retail store security management, monitoring and maintenance for 1000+ retail locations across the US, serving 35,000+ callers per month.

Direct day to day operations for the Americas Regional Service Center (RSC), including Billing, Invoicing, Customer Service, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Brokers Channel support. Role began with the centralization of the above functions into the RSC environment and has progressed through outsourcing all non-client facing activities into our sister company, Regus Service Centre Philippines, BV. Management oversight for 6 direct managers and 160 team members in a central site supporting 600 locations in the Americas.

Managed integration activities of CitiCapital operational shared service functions to GE Centers of Excellence sites, which included Payment Processing, Title/UCC/Insurance, MIS / Analytics, Booking, Funding, Tax, and other back office operations related to the acquisition of CitiCapital businesses. Leadership role encompassed a variety of work movement, outsourcing, organization realignment and headcount reductions relating to a shared services group with 15 direct team members, interacting with over 400 staff leaders and employees at three operating sites, supporting 7 businesses.

Senior leader within Property Tax Division, managing top 10 leasing clients in both volume and revenue. Staff leadership of 6 Client Managers and 50+ property tax analysts supporting 0.6M assets across the nation, with Property Valuations in excess of $10B.
