−Worked with a team of cohort members to create, organize, and execute various tailored workshops regarding LGBT identities to numerous student groups on campus. −Planned and executed numerous campus-wide activities—including Ally Week, Pledge Week, and speaker events—to promote awareness of LGBT identities and issues. −Worked to develop and update GenEq's resources webpage regarding LGBT identity, definitions, and issues. −Honed numerous facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication styles through various workshops and activities.

−Facilitated campus tours by utilizing interpersonal communication, non-verbal communication, empathy, and factual evidence to relay pertinent information to visiting parents, students, and guests. −Executed monetary transactions (including both check and cash values) both within the Visitor’s Center and the Campanile in an orderly, accurate, and prompt manner. −Answered incoming phone calls to the Visitor’s Center inquiring about campus information, history, and facts in an engaged, energetic, and effective manner. −Took initiative in creating, organizing, and facilitating collaborative projects that aimed to enrich the visits of visitors, students, and parents alike.
