● Manage and lead a team that analyzes failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and critical analysis (FMECA), utilizing Continuous Improvement, Brainstorming, Pareto’s 80/20 Rule, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Mapping methodologies as a systematic proactive approach for evaluating maintenance processes to identify potential and functional failures. Ranking the issues in terms of severity; to identify and recommend quality control measures and cost conservative corrective actions to address concerns to mitigate associated risks.● Serve on a government contractor team providing quality technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems requirements and resources, logistical, maintainability programs and engineering support to the customer on assigned in-service aircraft programs.● Summarize and interpret data collected and relate this data to quality standards, maintenance plans, and workload estimates across multiple Naval Aircraft platforms ensuring quality, increasing aircraft readiness, reducing repair cost, and limiting down time.● Analyze quality data to detect trends in the reporting of quality control measures and inspection procedures. Performing audit/reviews of written and proposed inspections to ensure all criteria, accuracy, quality controls have been met and evaluate the cost effectiveness are with government requirements.
