Applications include long shelf/service-life (10+ years) battery-operated self-contained systems, military battlefield effects simulators, aircrew system testers, and electro-explosive devices. Additional responsibilities include system EMI, EMC, and ESD analysis; embedded software development; system architecture; and technology research and development.

Director of Operations for Test and Evaluation (T&E) for In-Service Maritime Electronic Warfare (EW) and Surface EW Improvement Programs. Coordinated and directed testing and verification events, both land-based and at-sea. Initiated capital improvement proposals resulting in $3.5M upgrade to RF stimulation/simulation capabilities.Lead engineer on design, development, and testing of high-speed wideband RF digital radio frequency memory (DRFM) circuitry for joint-services electronic attack systems.Lead engineer on Networked Close-in Jamming Payload project, incorporating DRFM technology into a modular EW payload used on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).NAVSEA Washington, DC headquarters program office support for Above Water Sensors and Next-Generation Surface Ships programs. Member of source-selection teams to select vendors for EW system development contracts.Lead hardware engineer on the PDW Inserter, a high-speed digital test set for the AN/SLQ-32(V) Electronic Countermeasures Suite. Awarded patent (#7,242,346) as a result of the unique capabilities of the PDW Inserter. This test set was integral to the successful testing of EW hardware and software improvements to the AN/SLQ-32.
