Responsible for implementing new automation to support automated reservation creation from PNR manifests for this London-based car service’s largest client ($14M) including automated Twilio messaging to prompting users to update their profiles or provide payment data. Implemented currency conversion in pricing engine while rolling out booking content for 100 additional cities worldwide to support the introduction of a global booking app for car service. Implemented Google Enterprise company-wide for all systems for geocoding, mapping, geofencing including pricing engine, dispatch and booking tools. Developed Affiliate Payment and Remittance Advice system to streamline payment process. Developed interface for general ledger import from operational systems to support General Dynamics integration.

Responsible for managing the overall product development of the Saturn System and its related GDS (Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan) interfaces, online booking tools, including integration with Cliqbook and Symphonie, for software company resulting from mergers between Genisys, Saturn and InterRide. Responsible for managing product development, IT development priorities and client implementations.Responsible for creating implementation process improvements that have grown transaction volume 50% year over year.

Participated in management led buyout of the assets of the Genisys System from Genisys Reservation Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:GENS) including trademarks and trade name. Responsible for completely re-architecting the Genisys System to provide real-time transactions between travel agents and limousine service provider backoffice systems. Created online backoffice system using application service provider (ASP) model (Java Servlets) allowing service providers to manage their 'presence' to travel agencies all over the world. Designed flexible online rate management tools allowing service providers to define complex rate structures required in order to return contract rates. Deployed Mapquest Server to dynamically calculate required drive-times and mileage-based rates in a multi-currency system. Sold 40% stake in GEN02, Inc. to Saturn Reservation Systems, Inc. after company experienced financial distress associated with the events of 9/11.

Provided consulting services to large fortune 100 companies (e.g., Johnson & Johnson), specifically managing the role out of new help desk management systems in a multi-facility consumer products company.Designed and developed the Genisys System for Genisys Reservation Systems, Inc. which brought their company public (NASDAQ: GENS) based on our successful project. This surface transportation reservation system provides interfaces to the Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan computerized reservation systems allowing travel agents to book ground transportation in a similar fashion to the way they book flights and hotels.
