Paul is the founder and president of E Group. a Minneapolis based marketing and promotion company and agency serving clients nationally and internationally. Client sectors served include manufacturers and distributors, automotive, major league sports teams, nonprofits, and health & fitness industries, as well as a broad base of local and national service firms. E Group has been recognized as an Inc. 500 Company as well as one of a select few promotional product licensees for NASCAR. Prior to founding E Group, Inc I was involved in the incentive and promotions industry in both Edina and Chaska, Minnesota where I directed sales efforts. I was born and raised in Luverne, MN, a small rural community located in southwestern Minnesota and then earned a BA from St. Olaf College, where I also played football, and was part of 2 conference championship teams. I live in the Twin Cities with my wife Sheilah and our two children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as traveling, coaching youth sports, any spending time at-and-on the lake, boating, hunting, fishing…basically making the most of the outdoors in each Minnesota season.
