Counsellor for (RSVP) where I provide specialist support to survivors of child sexual abuse, rape and sexual violence. I was responsible for providing a comprehensive housing service across Birmingham. Undertaking a full range of housing management duties, that varied according to the size and profile of the area. I was responsible for a geographical area with over 700 properties. I managed tenancies and carried out visits providing advice and assistance about benefits, debt management as well as attending County Court to represent my employer and present cases to the District Judge in relation to possession hearings and applications to suspend warrants as well as attending evictions. I also dealt with homeless applications, reports of antisocial behaviour as well as responding to correspondence and enquiries from tenants, local councillors and Members of Parliament.
