I trained as a professional Dancer in Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz and Modern. I am an internationally recognised Choreographer having worked with many No 1 selling recording Artists such as Mariah Carey, Victoria Beckham, Rihanna, Craig David, Myriam Fares, Elton John and A-List Hollywood Actors such as Michelle Pfeiffer and Paul Rudd, to name a few.​ I have also made numerous guest appearances on TV programmes such as , This Morning, Dancing on Ice, MTV., I have worked with a number of corporate organisations and well-recognised sports brands such as Nike and Adidas.​In addition to my portfolio of work, I am also known for my mentoring and specialising in Artist Development. ​​Health and Fitness has always been an important aspect of my career and personal life. I incorporate this into everything I do, with a focus on nutrition. This has allowed a comfortable transition into the world of Cardio Dance Fitness and Personal Training.​​I am driven by passion and acute attention to detail, I take pride in understanding the needs and aspirations of the individual and then devise a programme to address those needs whist motivating, nurturing and educating. ​As a Choreographer I have been able to create my own Cardio DanceFit Method and Style to ensure success.​​Through my specialised programmes I can help you focus on your fitness goals and ambitions that you may have found difficult or impossible to achieve in the past.
