 Update daily sales sheet using excel spread sheet to ensure our sales target our met Update bank account and clear checks on a daily basis for accuracy purposes Journal entry using CTI system to record monthly data ensuring our target goals are on track Monthly and quarterly End Property Team Report (sales, expenses for Amusement Park and Hotel) to project outlook outcomes Bank reconciliation on monthly basis to ensure proper recording of deposits and transactions Clear deposits of daily sales with bank making sure they match Reconcile HST on a monthly basis  Prepare invoices as needed ensuring production goals are met Balance in-advance using spreadsheet and CTI system Updated the prices in the point of sales system (POS) at least four times a year or as needed Updated the hours, prices, and online sales on our website according to our standard and policies Professionally resolved customer queries and concerns to increase customer satisfaction Responded to customer inquiries regarding quote pricing, rates, code guidelines, and general trouble shooting to increase customer satisfaction
