We buy and sell properties throughout the North AL area, specializing in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers. We invest in real estate, and also provide renovation services as well as home repair and improvements. Provide support for the Physical Science Informatics (PSI) system at MSFC in support of International Space Station (ISS) microgravity physical science experiments. Specific responsibilities include data analysis, data validation and quality assurance, custom code development for data manipulation, system design, development and maintenance.

Software Project/Product Manager/Management BackupServed as Project Manager for software application projects for NASA Marshall Information Technology Services (MITS) in compliance with MITS and NASA guidelines and processes. Duties included project planning; estimating and scheduling; requirements management; resource management; risk management; reporting; implementation; quality assurance; I served as management backup during extended periods of time during my managers absence from the center. In this role I assisted the MITS senior management team in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching and counseling employees. My experience also included performance monitoring, salary planning, conducting performance appraisals, and addressing corrective actions as required. I served as a mentor to associates as required in multiple roles including requirements and project management.

IT Tech Lead for Software Programmers• Served as technical team lead, product manager and customer interface for the Office of Human Capital, Office of Strategic Analysis and Communications and Office of the CIO at Marshall Space Flight Center. • Worked with customers to gather requirements and provide manpower estimates for projects.• Provided guidance to technical staff in the areas of web and client server development, analysis, scheduling, project and task management, and personnel issues.• Negotiated and planned budgets with NASA customer organizations.• Assisted management in resource planning.• Assisted NASA customer in defining organizational processes.• Served on the Software Engineering Framework (SEF) Process Team. This team is responsible for defining the processes used to develop software for the NASA customer. • Oversaw the implementation of the SEF processes within team projects.

IT Tech Lead for Software Programmers• Supported the Customer and Employee Relations (CaER) Department at Marshall Space Flight Center. Served as team lead and customer interface for web and Oracle programmers and Electronic Meeting facilitation team supporting CaER. Served as web application developer for the Employee and Organizational Development Department (within CaER). • Worked with NASA customers to gather requirements and provide manpower estimates for projects. • Provided guidance to junior technical staff on scheduling, task management, technical issues, and personnel issues. • Designed, developed and maintained websites for MSFC organizations. • Developed interactive web-based applications. Examples include online surveys for various MSFC organizations, training needs assessments used by MSFC to plan future training, and online training/testing including the Annual MSFC Property Awareness online presentation and quiz. • Generated user training materials and presentations. • Served on a team to create and implement a Web Standards Board, sponsored by the Program Management office. Duties included defining standards and guidelines for web developers and reviewing web sites and applications prior to production. Served as a working member of this board after implementation.

Contractor to the Corps of Engineers, teaching new systems.• Taught Oracle based on-line financial management system to US Army Corps of Engineers. The major components of this system were payroll/labor, time and attendance, work management, resource planning, funding for projects, obligation of funds, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, funds expenditure, and travel order processing. • Generated and maintained user training materials for new and existing system functionality using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint software. Responsible for maintaining on-line library of instructional materials for world-wide US Army Corps of Engineers client base. • Provided client support for US Army Corps of Engineer sites.

• Provided support to Dun & Bradstreet Services (DBS) clients and personnel on mainframe-based human resource applications (Payroll, Personnel, Benefits and Report Writer) for VSAM and DB2 environments.• Tested and debugged critical client software problems escalated by management, providing solutions and recommendations. • Researched legislation and provided specific information to clients regarding tax, regulatory and industry-related changes. • Researched, developed, tested and delivered year-end tax related changes for U.S. and Canadian clients. These changes affected DB2 and VSAM systems, and included 4th generation language and COBOL changes.• Served as subject matter expert to assist peers in resolving support and documentation issues. • Served on problem review committee to analyze and evaluate client issues, and developed work-arounds or resolutions for these issues. • Worked with Payroll Development to review test plans and make recommendations for new releases of the Payroll system. • Participated in the establishment of DBS Career Development System. This included job profile definition and strategic career development path identification. • Accredited by DBS as a Customer Educator. Developed and presented internal training sessions and seminars.
