Artist And Photographer
CurrentI started my photography career when I was 12 or 13 years old. I asked my Mom, who was also the family photographer, if I could use her Brownie to take some pictures. She showed me how to work it and I was hooked. The most wonderful thing about this was that she was never critical of the silly images that came back from the developer. But I was learning, and she knew that.Move forward more than just a few years and my husband bought me my first Nikon. Holy cow! All those early images paid off and I am now a successful photographic artist. I have shared a few images on my profile, and will continue to add more.In 2009 we were living in Houston, and searching for a large piece of art for over the fireplace. Couldn't find anything big enough or what we liked. So my husband told me to buy the biggest canvas I could find and paint something. So I did. And, boy, was I hooked! My fine art career has taken off from there!I hope you enjoy what you see from endeavors. And, perhaps, will be inclined to purchased a piece, or two.
