Co-chair Americas Diversity Council, with Regional CEO, and lead group through strategy development, and design and implementation of targeted programs. Lead Diversity Networks. Cultivate and sustain key external relationships.

Responsible for managing and leading the firm’s global Diversity Department and Ombudsman Office. Develop strategies and implement programs to recruit, develop and retain women, people of color and LGBT employees. Oversee affinity groups. Act as trusted advisor to senior business executives, and across functions. Act as thought partner on client teams, and provide counsel to external clients. Lead global Ombudsman program. Act as Ombudsman in North and South America, coaching staff on career and personal matters.

Responsible for developing, introducing and managing local and global change programs, in U.S., Europe and Middle East, targeting development, advancement and retention of diverse staff. Responsible for strategy creation, program development and implementation, and operations of department in both Commerical (Strategy) and Government businesses. Head both the firm-wide Women’s Leadership Initiative and Diversity Communications, then acting co-head of Diversity & Inclusion department. Trusted advisor and consultant to senior-level staff.

Conceive, direct and lead all aspects of large-scale primary research studies. Direct consulting engagements and workshops, leading diagnostic and recommendation phases. Chair Catalyst Award Committee, with responsibility for evaluation, site visit, and winner-selection processes; and drafting PR materials for winning initiatives. Evaluate organizational diversity efforts. Widely communicate successful organizational change efforts and strategies. Manage large, interdepartmental teams. Lead and manage department.
