Provide technical support for the Command Center Operations that requires interaction between both internal and external customers to include Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems. Inform staff updates regarding server and mid-range server alerts and/or Cisco devices by monitoring multiple systems using the monitoring tools and applications provided. Analyze the severity of hardware/software issues or possible system failures and engage necessary parties to troubleshoot, fix, and determine root cause analysis of the issue.

Maintained network that supports three wireless labs (20+wireless) laptops per cart, five computer labs. Supporting over 1,100 students, counselors, special education staff/students, principal/assistant principals and teachers with the laptop deployment and ongoing maintenance/support including virus protection. Provided hands-on training in fiber optics and Vertias, dealing with backup installation, and backup restore technique.
