Without assistance from professor, prepared and conducted class exercises to teach students how to effectively use Microstation/GEOPAK to design a road construction project. Started a class project with a given 3D survey file, and created proposed horizontal alignments, vertical alignments, cross sections, earthwork, and cost estimates. Assisted students as they inevitably encountered problems with the program, and used critical thinking skills to solve the problems.
