He specialises in helping business of all sizes find commercial and workable solutions to their operational and financial issues. He assists businesses to challenge their underperformance, regenerate value and as needed to develop contingency plans.Paul has helped hundreds of businesses and their stakeholders create time to protect value, restructure operations, raise finance whilst understanding the significant stresses of their situation. His assignments have covered owner managed concerns with turnover of less than £2 million to public listed companies. His work has covered various European Countries where he has secured successful outcomes for stakeholders.Over his 30 years Paul has gained a wealth of experience across a wide array of sectors, recent experience includes engineering, manufacturing, logistics, printing, health care, property and financial services.Paul earned a BA Honours Degree in Economic from Manchester University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of R3 and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
