Wide range of professional roles recruited for from IT, Operations, Sales to Procurement.I also oversee our own internal marketing team who are social media specialists and the new business development team who reach our around the globe for new recruitment partners from universities to colleges to agents and resulting in £400,000 per year wage savings.Emphasis is always on the quality of hire, cultural fit and ensuring all recruits demonstrated and belief in our brand values and want to make a difference through their work with us.As part of the senior HR team I have a thorough understanding of HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Resourcing alongside partnering these areas successfully with the wider Business objectives.

The PGL sales team is now all office based (with the exception of International agents), generating and handling a high volume of leads and converting them into sales to assist the companies continual expansion.

Through my early PGL career I managed a variety of Outdoor Education Centres across France and the UK. Responsible for activity delivery, guest experience, staff development, health & safety, accommodation, sales and re booking, food and facilities. A fantastic introduction to operations, the industry and PGL, this was the perfect platform for my PGL career.
