In under 6 weeks from the approval stage, I successfully assembled and managed a team of 20FTEs or a major transformation program. To ensure the program's success, I obtained buy-in from the Executive Committee, gaining their support to drive the implementation of a multi-year transformation plan with a substantial budget of over €25m. I took the lead in establishing a global procurement function, which proved to be highly effective, delivering impressive global benefits of €8 million.
