- Holding workshops with the partners and department heads to establish the key needs. Understanding current issues, proposed goals, and the core company framework
- Establishing a robust system that would ensure the following:- Creative briefs came into the Studio with the essential information (brief, timeframes, budgets, target market, job numbers, etc.)- A clear Studio.
- Rollout meetings with all company staff to introduce the new structure and answer any questions
