At BHW, I lead our largest clients through the entire application strategy, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and refinement processes. I have worked as a product manager or developer on over 50 projects for more than 30 clients during my tenure at BHW.In my role, I advise clients in making high-level decisions regarding their applications, facilitating communications between my team and our client, defining project goals, tracking project requirements, and ensuring the entire development process goes smoothly. I am also involved in several more administrative functions at BHW, such as recruiting, business development, account management, and general company leadership.During my time at BHW, the company has more than doubled in size, has been selected as a SXSW Innovation Award Finalist, has been acknowledged as a top place to work in Austin for five straight years, has delivered increasingly higher profile work, expanded into multiple new industries, and developed new business units. I have played a large role in all of these achievements.

I work with clients from concept, through creation, and to completion on custom mobile apps and web-based solutions. I seek to always meet the needs of my clients and deliver an elegant, efficient, and exact solution. Additionally, I am responsible for client outreach and representing The BHW Group, both on and offline. To this end, I write frequent blog articles focusing on both the business and technical sides of our industry and am active in seeking out and acquiring new clients. I am also the primary contact for several of our clients and serve as a technical adviser both on our collaborative projects and for their companys' in general. When developing, I often utilize AngularJS, C#, MVC, Javascript, Java, and of course HTML/CSS. Most of my projects are responsive, mobile-first, and are often single-page-applications with an emphasis on usability, design, and SEO. I enjoy using the latest and greatest tech and strive to utilize the correct technologies for each project, rather than relying a default "cookie-cutter" list.

Develop and maintain sites and native android applications for several of our customers, both as an individual and part of a development team. I Work directly with clients to define requirements, create and improve websites to meet those requirements, and am active in the quality assurance process. The primary languages and technologies I utilize at this position are Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, C#, VB.Net, .Net, MVC, Classic ASP, the entity framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and Java. Most of my projects are responsive, mobile-first, and are often single-page-applications with an emphasis on usability, design, and SEO.

Developed new and improved existing software as part of an extremely large, multidisciplinary team. Work was done in a highly structured manner where time-to-completion was a major emphasis. While at this position, I also designed, tested, and deployed a key part of our software build process. The main languages I utilized at this position were Python, Java, and C++.

While interning at OCEUS, I had two main responsibilities. First, I designed, developed, and deployed an internal web-based tool that would be used for the tracking of products, their version numbers, and various documents. My second responsibility was testing a product that was being developed by another team. I did defect and performance testing and gave input on potential features and usability issues.
