Responsible for building and developing an international software service and support team.Leading the team responsible for supporting Switch's software platform, offering customer support both remotely via ticket/email/chat/phone, and locally.Closely supporting the account management team, instilling a sales through service mentality, providing training and promoting self-support.Responsible for management of the support portal based on the Zendesk platform, CRM management and migration from Salesforce and ZohoCRM. Also responsible for the creation of internal and external documentation, authoring the product manual and delivering against defined SLAs.Working closely with key stakeholders focusing on continued development of Switch's product, I have close involvement within the development life cycle of our platform, specifying new features and fixes, testing new releases and focusing on the quality of our customer journey.

Taking an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding technology company based in Southampton and to be trained on Ad Operations by industry leaders. This role played on my prior experience of customer service, as well as developing new skills required to support the companies product and customers. Initially in a team of 3, we identified demands and expanded the team as the company progressed and moved into management positions.

During this time at British Gas, my skills were expanded from previously held client management to include customer service and management. These new skills were then translated into training and mentoring positions, passing on knowledge and best practise to individuals and groups of customer service executives.
