I am a dedicated and innovative leader who is passionate about advocating for the benefits of low carbon and energy efficient technologies. I am committed to influencing long term planning and educating communities about industry technology while I also appreciate building quality connections with an amazing network of professionals positioned to bring forth powerful pivoting toward progressive climate change.For the last few years, my time has been spent educating the development community on the benefits of Geothermal heating and cooling while at the same time, working with different levels of government on understanding the technology and sharing resources to help benefit potential policy decisions through my Government Relations role with the Ontario Geothermal Association. With a proven record of lobbying and fundraising capacities for various non-profits, I am proud to provide exemplary support to organizations within the industry. I work with the CAGBC where I chair their annual Drive for Change golf tournament, and have received multiple Volunteer Leadership Awards. I have been involved with many other groups to support initiatives that are close to my heart, some of which include the Future Cities Initiative and the Building Energy Innovators Council.Innovative, focused, committed, and empathic, I bring experience, care, and commitment to everything I do to help significantly improve the climate outlook nationally and internationally.I was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario, and graduated from the Recreation Management program at Canadore College in North Bay. Presently, I am a proud father of a wonderful daughter, and my wife Donna and I live in Burlington Ontario.
