Dr. Paul Frohna is a physician-scientist who most recently served as Chief Medical Officer of Endeavor BioMedicines in San Diego, California, responsible for the development and regulatory filings of ENV-101 in pulmonary fibrosis and ENV-501 a HER3-ADC in solid tumors. Dr. Frohna currently serves as an independent director on the board of Accure Therapeutics (previoulsy Bionure), a Barcelona-based, private biotech developing novel neurotherapeutics, and on the scientific advisory board of IAMA Therapeutics in Italy. Previously, Dr. Frohna held senior clinical development roles at ImCheck Therapeutics, Receptos, Profibrix, Fibrogen, and Genentech. Therapeutic area expertise includes immunology, hematology, oncology/immuno-oncology, neurology/neurodegeneration, fibrosis, regenerative medicine and cardiometabolic disease. Dr. Frohna has filed >50 successful INDs and European CTAs, including many face to face meetings with regulators in the US and EU. He has designed and managed more than 40 clinical trials (FIH to Phase 3), and has been a major contributor to 5 FDA-approved US filings. Dr. Frohna is a polished public speaker who is comfortable presenting to investigators, scientists, regulators, investors, and the board of directors.
