Driving a team of 10 and being responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service. Conduct sales and marketing calls with potential clients. Send follow-up pricing materials and make follow-up monthly calls until relationship is established. Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business. This was an inbound sales role in which I was responsible for the signing of new internet customers. Guiding each customer through the initial signup and set up of internet and email settings.

This position was hands-on, dealing direct with the public while running a team of more than 25 rotating staff. All usual day to day activity including stock, staffing and wages.
