Driving a team of 10 and being responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service. Conduct sales and marketing calls with potential clients. Send follow-up pricing materials and make follow-up monthly calls until relationship is established. Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business. Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings. Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale. Manage product sales growth, individual sales effectiveness and account base by reviewing sales activity schedule.Targets were divided between new sales and account retention and reviewed yearly. This was an inbound sales role in which I was responsible for the signing of new internet customers. Guiding each customer through the initial signup and set up of internet and email settings.
