These included:o Implementation of new risk metric models (PD LGD &EAD) for all key Retail and Non-retail products. o Ongoing validation and maintenance of risk models.o Implementation of new databases to store loss and security data across major portfolios. o Re-engineering existing business process, policy and systems to ensure compliance with Accord/APRA requirements.  Oversee and direct a range of project managers (up to 10) and support staff, including both direct reports and seconded personnel.

 Development and management of the implementation of Government small business policy  Communicate Government policy and messages to key stake holders in the media, including contacts within Canberra's press gallery. Provide policy and political briefings to the Minister's Parliamentary colleagues and staff, including senior Cabinet Ministers.  Speech writing – Research, write and edit speeches for delivery in the Australian Parliament as well as keynote addresses to various public forums.
