WBC Cares has been established by the World Boxing Council (WBC) to enable the sport of boxing to give back to society. I am responsible for running a programme throughout problem areas of London for youths at risk. These are youth offenders or youths who have been excluded from school, often for offences involving knives.We currently facilitate and support boxing programmes at boxing gyms in Brighton, Croydon, Battersea, Earlsfield and Hackney.

I created a web retail business from scratch and grew it to a highly profitable turnover of £1.75M.Our business model was to be first to market in a portfolio of retail sectors offering hard to find products with expert advice and exceptional service. The business was particularly successful in three niche sectors; Cables for Hi-Fi and Home Cinema, Ultralight Hiking Gear and Barefoot Running Shoes. I defined the web marketing strategy with regard to SEO, PPC and Social Media.

I volunteer as a Business Mentor and support young people who have received a business start-up loan from the Prince's Trust by advising them in establishing and growing their new business.

I was responsible for creating a new E-Commerce division within the business and developed £2M/annum of highly profitable new business building Enterprise level B2B solution with high levels of back-end integration. This included selecting an appropriate E-Commerce platform and developing relevant technical skills within the business.A team of 100 developers were deployed on projects with Enterprise clients such as Safeway, Bunzl, Saint Gobain and Bell Microproducts.

Responsible for sales at Epic, a multimedia company specialising in digital training delivered online. I developed business with major clients such as Bradford & Bingley, Direct Line and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
