Technical Alignment Manager
CurrentAnalyze customer reported issues and provide timely solutions, both remotely and on site● Configure and install network hardware and software● Configure new or repurposed workstations● Monitor incoming tickets, server status, and other alerts/alarms during business hours as well as after hours when on call● Assist Technical Account Managers with proactive measures for better customer experience● Interface with third-party software vendors to expedite problem resolution● Keep accurate account of work done and time spent on each ticket
