Building, advising, and investing across the education and workforce sectors. I’m passionate about assembling and coaching high-performing, customer-obsessed teams that deliver outsized impact while having fun, from launch to acquisition stages ($0-$400m+). As the Co-Founder of DriveX Network, we work alongside mission-aligned organizations to deliver rapid and measurable results across marketing, revenue, product, and talent. As the Senior Regional Director at General Assembly (acquired by Adecco Group), I launched and scaled the Washington DC campus from 0 to 16,500+ learners annually (ranked as the #1 education provider in the region), established relationships with corporate and government partners (from the White House to Mayor's Office to Department of Defense), and had the privilege to lead an entrepreneurial team of mission-driven General Managers across the U.S. market ($40m+ portfolio). My focus was on driving revenue growth, optimizing marketing, improving sales operations, enhancing education quality and outcomes, recruiting top-tier talent, planning inventory, establishing strategic partnerships, expanding geographically, and managing costs. Before GA, I was the Director of Marketing and Communications at HotPads.com, a housing search engine serving millions of monthly visitors (acquired by Zillow). In this role, I oversaw consumer and product marketing, communication strategy, and business development. I also launched a national housing market report, which was featured by CNN, Washington Post, WSJ, Forbes, NPR, and other major publications. HotPads was acquired by Zillow. Before HotPads, I ran the business plan competition at the London School of Economics, worked as a Regional Director of Information and Communication Policy at the US Department of State, and researched microfinance at the World Bank.
