BluWave-ai is optimizing renewable energy usage with Artificial Intelligence on Smart Grid IOT sensors. We are using our expertise in big data, AI, supercomputing, and distributed edge computing to positively have an impact on how our planet uses clean renewable energy sources.Our mission is to modernize the electric energy deployment with distributed artificial intelligence to enable large energy savings by applying AI with accelerated computing. Our products manage loads and distributed clean energy sources in real time to make optimal allocations. We use Edge Computing and Hyperscale Cloud bases accelerated SaaS to deliver these savings to our distribution utility, enterprise, mining, campus, net zero community and other off grid customers. Our target markets cover the renewable power producers and local distribution utility companies, down to microgrid renewable energy operators whether in North America and Europe or in the big emerging markets in India, the Middle, East, Africa and China.

I am responsible for planning and directing the R&D efforts at InUnison, including accessing funding to expand our efforts. We are making the world a safer place to work. Our innovative cloud-based occupational health and safety platform improves worker adherence to regulations and processes, streamlines occupational health and safety-related processes, and automates and improves health and safety compliance across your entire business. In the current environment, InUnison helps companies re-open safely, and manage the "new normal" training and operational processes essential to effective operations.

In my role as one of our leaders in Innovation Advisory and Government Incentives with Deloitte, I lead our teams as we provide consultative guidance and advice to innovative companies across the country, helping them understand the requirements of their marketplace, the scope and potential of their products and services, build relationships with suppliers and customers, navigate the challenges of the regulatory frameworks under which they operate, and provide them access to the audit, tax, financial advisory, risk management and consulting resources they require to be successful. In my role as National Cleantech Leader for Deloitte I am the leader of our efforts to fully understand this broad and changing industrial marketplace. I plan, organize and direct our efforts to sense this marketplace, track the technology changes that extend and disrupt it, and because of the nature of Cleantech, a major activity I lead is our work to understand, contribute to, and extend our ability to advise and consult on the complex political, social, environmental and business drivers impacting the Cleantech and Sustainability aspects of our world.

Leadership Examples. 1. $25M CAN development project to implement new and very complex digital command and control technology for the Canadian Army. I was the Project Manager, responsible for all aspects of the project from requirements definition, design, development, field testing and analysis of results. The project was the very first attempt to model the business processes of the Army in the field, and then disrupt them with digital technology. I ran this project for three years and was responsible for drafting a report to the senior leadership of the Army who were about to start a $2B project to digitize the Army. The team was as large as 40 people from three contractors and the Army at peak development. The resulting lessons learned from the project were critical inputs to the larger project and our work was viewed a success.2. $30M USD project to design, develop, test and deploy an Ada Programming Support Environment to enable developers to use Ada to create desktop and embedded software systems. The project used Ada to develop an Ada programming environment, a highly novel idea and something never done before. The participants were from all the NATO countries, plus France, and I was the Canadian leader for two years, and led the Canadian $5M contribution to the work which involved a prime development contractor and an Independent Verification and Validation contractor. 3. I was the Director of Development of a mobile startup, the first employee, and I led the efforts we undertook to take a research experiment from Nortel’s software engineering lab and spin the technology out into a commercial, high volume, data services solution at the leading edge of mobile data services for its time. We put email on a cell phone prior to Blackberry, and deployed the first SMS and WAP and other protocol based data services in the US, UK and Europe. We sold the company for $365M which was a success for our institutional investors.
