Led the Platform and Shared Services engineering and quality assurance teams along with the Operations team. The Platform team was responsible for building, delivering, and supporting the Infinity platform. The platform is built on the Microsoft stack (VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server), powers Blackbaud’s latest SaaS offerings and is the foundation of all new development at Blackbaud.The Shared Services team, with responsibilities for payment and email services, was in a growth stage as we increased staff to release new solutions to scale to meet the needs of the business. These services are used by all of Blackbaud’s new products. The Operations team had responsibility for managing the 30+ million dollar Product’s team budget and leading cross departmental efforts including talent management, platform testing lab, project reporting and contract management.
