With over 10 years of experience in Customer Support, I am currently leading the regional operations for IDBS in EMEA. IDBS is a dynamic and innovative company providing purpose-built software solutions to address the data management challenges prominent across the BioPharma lifecycle and supply chain. In this role, I oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service, manage the performance and development of the support team, and ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues, improve processes and workflows, and implement best practices.
