Reversed membership decline in a 60-year-old movement by building additional avenues of engagement and identity for secular, humanistic, atheist/agnostic Jews and their families. Grew budget and staff. Represented movement philosophy as media spokesperson and public presenter.• Envisioned, resourced, and launched signature social justice initiative Jews for a Secular Democracy, to advocate pluralistic Jewish perspectives on church-state separation issues including reproductive justice and LGBTQ+ equality.• Implemented an online leadership network for over 300 movement leaders including clergy, board members, and volunteers across 28 affiliated communities, to improve communication and share best practices. • Engaged in progressive coalition building for both secular and Jewish causes, including through organizational membership in the Secular Coalition for America and the Jewish Social Justice Roundtable.• Raised public profile of movement through marketing, including hiring an outside firm for a rebranding, bringing on social media staff, and consolidating various in-house organs into a glossy print magazine with stand-alone subscribers.• Oversaw all aspects of organizational management including fundraising, staff, budget, board relations, technology, and administration.

Helped double budget and triple staff size during a decade of organizational transformation from university-based think tank to national pioneer of innovative outreach methodologies for engaging unaffiliated Jews and interfaith families. Provided strategic vision and leadership for expansion. Oversaw staff activities including field staff in five cities.• Advocated for diversity and inclusion while exponentially increasing the organization’s profile through writing, public speaking, conferences, galas, and marketing campaigns; oversaw Internet strategy, curriculum, marketing and PR.• Created signature program models such as Public Space Judaism and Community-Wide Outreach Concierges, then trained and consulted at hundreds of synagogues, JCCs, Hillels, Federations, and other organizations on implementation. • Built professional affinity networks across institutional and denominational lines for training on best practices and launched a Big Tent Judaism Coalition for hundreds of organizations committed to a set of inclusive principles. • Involved in all aspects of fundraising and board stewardship, including serving as principle grant writer, and supervised human resources, information technology, training, and program teams.

Contributed to the launch of major global Jewish communal initiatives including Birthright Israel and the Foundation for Jewish Camp by networking staff with professionals in the field and promoting efforts through marketing and PR.

Directed all research for travel-based children's software starring the Pink Panther; wrote and edited educational materials; led a team of writers, researchers, fact-checkers, and photo editors.

Organized studio services for in-house producers and outside clients, operated editing, graphic, and studio equipment, and served as liaison between studio departments and clients, producers, and talent.
