As Product Support Manager oversee the product support, documentation, product implementation, and quality assurance functions of the company. This includes supervising the product support function for clients who use Berkshire’s proprietary commercial software products and monitoring the quality assurance process through the testing of Berkshire’s commercial software product line. I am also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the product support staff, providing coaching and guidance as necessary.
