Paul works at Instudo Foundation, where he sets up activities focused on character building and social impact for students and young professionals. He has a large track record in organizing events, trips, volunteer work, conferences and seminars, both in The Netherlands and abroad. And he is an experienced coach, helping young people to grow in character and virtues; to transform authentic ideals in concrete resolutions for the daily life. Inside Instudo, he is director of Leidenhoven College (Amsterdam), a residence for students and a study centre, where young people come for academical, cultural and catholic formation.Paul is also research manager at Interaxion Group, giving workshops both in The Netherlands and abroad for parents, teachers, other educators and young people about the impact of the digital world and social media on the development of the youth: how can you educate the youth in freedom and responsibility in a distracted and impulsive society?He wrote several books:- "Voor de christen die mens wil worden" (De Boog & Betsaida, 2020), for young people focused on how to be a authentic Christian in a secularized world. The book was also published in Spanish (translated by himself) with the title: "Cristianos en busca de humanidad" (Rialp, 2021).- "Heiligheid voor losers" (De Boog & Betsaida, 2024), on how to pursue an authentic holy life.Inside the Move.Community, he works on different media projects focused on spiritual growth for young people: "De Goed, Beter, Best podcast" and "Wake Me Up".A Dutch and Spanish national, Paul has lived for 10 years in Spain.
