Elected member of the board. Chair of Governance committee. During my tenure, the board approved an implemented a long term strategy to expand services and stabilize financials. This included starting the first capital campaign in its 50 year history. The campaign is completed its $17M goal.

Provide assessment of systems delivery and operation against business need, recommend improvements in software engineeering, technology, and operation. Identify IT risks that can impact critical business functions. Estimate the value of current systems and the costs of improvements. Provide tools and techniques to simplify decision making in systems change.

• CashEdge provides Software-as-a-Service, for over 400 financial institutions, including seven of the ten largest US banks. I was responsible for delivering the services to those banks. This included Software.
• Developed the strategic vision for delivering and supporting the next generation of services.

• Developed and executed business models, strategies, and marketing plans to drive new sales growth for Internet and broadband-based products and services. Overall responsibility for the Xerox’s Book-In-Time product.
• Part of a seven-person team that developed the corporate Document Service Architecture. This architecture formed the basis for all Internet products and services for the company.
• Designed a usage-based billing system to function within an existing broadband (ATM) infrastructure, to allow for billing for intellectual property delivered over the Internet.

Planned and executed technical strategies and solutions for diverse clientele including Visa International, AirTouch International, Mannesmann Mobilfunk (D2-Net), Telecel (Portugal), Belgacom (Belgium), Europolitan (Sweden), Tandem Computers, Pacific Bell Electronic Publishing, and Ericsson Communications Systems.
