Senior CG & VFX Artist at Lux Aeterna VFX (previously BDH). 24 years experience in the industry working on shows such as Einstein and the Bomb, Secrets of the Neanderthals, The Crown, Our Universe, Ancient Powers, Blue Planet 2 (BAFTA nominated), The Story of the Continents, Frozen Planet, Planet Earth, Yellowstone, British Style Genius (winner of a National RTS), Wonders of the Universe, The Boy with the Incredible Brain, Countdown to Life and Our Planet.Directed the poetry animations in the award winning BBC documentary "War of Words: Soldier Poets of the Somme".Extensive experience using Arnold, Maya, Houdini, Nuke as well as building and managing pipeline and the implementation of in house render farms. Currently involved in adapting the company VFX workflow to implement a USD pipeline. Studied animation at UCA (formerly WSCAD).Mentoring for nearly ten years and currently working with several mentees on the Access VFX initiative.
